Anti-PDHK2 [Pyruvate Dehydrogenase [Lipoamide]] Kinase Isozyme 2, Mitochondrial, Pyruvate Dehydrogen

Inhibits the mitochondrial pyruvate dehydrogenase complex by phosphorylation of the E1 alpha subunit, thus contributing to the regulation of glucose metabolism. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunohistochemistry (Formalin fixed paraffin embedded): 0.8ug/ml, Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
