Anti-phospho-Gab1 (Tyr659) (GRB2-associated Binder Protein 1, Growth Factor Receptor Bound Protein 2

Gab1 is a member of the IRS1-like multisubstrate docking protein family. This protein is an important mediator of branching tubulogenesis and plays a central role in cellular growth response, transformation and apoptosis. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA and Dot Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 1:1,000 , Dot Blot: 1:100-1:500, Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Store product at 4°C if to be used immediately within two weeks. For long-term storage, aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable at -20°C for 12 months after receipt. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Note: Sodium azide is a potent inhibitor of peroxidase and should not be added to HRP conjugates.
