Anti-phospho-Gab1 (Tyr659) (GRB2-associated Binder Protein 1, Growth Factor Receptor Bound Protein 2

Gab1 is a member of the IRS1-like multisubstrate docking protein family. This protein is an important mediator of branching tubulogenesis and plays a central role in cellular growth response, transformation and apoptosis. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA and Dot Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 1:1,000 , Dot Blot: 1:100-1:500, Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Store product at 4°C if to be used immediately within two weeks. For long-term storage, aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable at -20°C for 12 months after receipt. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. , , Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
