Anti-TLR7 (Toll Like Receptor 7, TLR-7, PRO285, UNQ248) (PerCP)

Toll-like receptor 7 (TLR7) is a 120kD (predicted, unglycosylated) type I transmembrane glycoprotein and member of the Toll-like receptor family. Human TLR7 is synthesized as a 1049aa precursor that contains a 26aa signal sequence, an 803aa extracellular domain (ECD), a 21aa transmembrane sequence, and a 189aa cytoplasmic domain. Mature human TLR7 is 81% aa identical to mature mouse TLR7. TLR7 is detected in brain, placenta, spleen, stomach, small intestine, lung, and in plasmacytoid pre-dendritic cells. Functionally, TLR7 participates in the innate immune response to microbial agents. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Flow Cytometry (Intracellular): 10ul labels 10e6 cells, Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C before opening. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C as an undiluted liquid. Stable for 12 months after receipt at 4°C. Freezing PerCP conjugates will result in a substantial loss of activity. PerCP conjugates are sensitive to light.
