Anti-PDK2 (PDK2, PDHK2, [Pyruvate dehydrogenase [lipoamide]] kinase isozyme 2, mitochondrial, Pyruva

Inhibits the mitochondrial pyruvate dehydrogenase complex by phosphorylation of the E1 alpha subunit, thus contributing to the regulation of glucose metabolism. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot, ELISA. Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 1:1000, Western Blot: 1-2000~32000, Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage, store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
