Anti-HIF2? Antibody was purified by Protein G chromatography. This monoclonal antibody is specific for human HIF2? protein. A BLAST analysis was used to suggest cross-reactivity with HIF2? from human based on 100% homology with the immunizing sequence. May also play a role in the formation of the endothelium that gives rise to the blood brain barrier. Potent activator of the Tie-2 tyrosine kinase expression.
