Anti-Flt3 (Fms-like Tyrosine Kinase 3, CD135)

LT3, a PDGF Receptor -type protein kinase, promotes the differentiation and proliferation of hematopoietic cells by binding to hematopoietic growth factor. Mutations of the FLT3 gene have been implicated in acute myeloid leukemia. Applications: Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry and ELISA. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilutions: Immunohistochemistry (FFPE): 8ug/ml Requires heat induced antigen retrieval using citrate buffer pH 6.0., Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
