Anti-cdk7 (Cyclin-dependent Kinase 7), clone 5i92

CDK7 is the catalytic subunit of the CDK-activating kinase (CAK) complex, a serine-threonine kinase. Cyclin-dependent kinases are activated by the binding to Cyclin and mediate the progression through the cell cycle. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA and Western blotting. Other applications not tested, Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 1:8,000, Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, aliquot and add glycerol (40-50%). Freeze at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
