Anti-CD10 (Common Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia Antigen, CALLA) (azide free), clone 3H919

CD10 is a 100kD glycoprotein expressed by acute lymphoblastic leukaemia cells and by peripheral blood granulocytes. CD10 is also known as the Common Acute Lymphoblastic Leukaemia Antigen (CALLA). Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunohistochemistry, Immunoprecipitation and Western Blot. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilutions: Flow Cytometry: Use 10ul to label 10e6 cells in 100ul., Immunohistochemistry: Frozen, Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Hybridoma: Spleen cells from immunized BALB/c mice were fused with cells of the mouse PS/NS1/1-Ag4-1 myeloma cell line. Recommended Negative Controls: Mouse IgG1 Negative Control (Azide Free), Recommended Secondary Reagents: I1904-65W IgG, F(ab')2 (HRP) Pab Rb xMo, I1904-66C IgG, F(ab')2, X-Adsorbed (HRP) Pab Rb xMo, Rabbit anti mouse IgG: PE conjugate, Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
