Anti-CCR4, ED (C-C Chemokine Receptor Type 4, C-C CKR-4, CC-CKR-4, CCR-4, CCR4, K5-5, CD194, CMKBR4)

CCR4, a Chemokine Receptor, mediates inflammatory responses and HIV-1 infections. It binds beta-family chemokines (CC motif) such as TARC (thymus and activation-regulated chemokine) and MDC (macrophage-derived chemokine). Applications: Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunohistochemistry (Formalin fixed paraffin embedded): 10ug/ml, Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
