CCR4 (C-C chemokine receptor type 4) is a transmembrane glycoprotein and member of the G-protein coupled receptor 1 family, preferentially expressed by CD4+ Th2 (type 2 helper T) cells, which acts as a high affinity receptor for the chemokines MDC (macrophage-derived chemokine), MCP-1, MIP-1, RANTES and TARC. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunohistochemistry, ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Flow Cytometry: 1:20. Use 10ul to label 1x10e6 cells in 100ul, Immunohistochemistry (Frozen): 1:300, ELISA (Indirect): 1:50,000 , Western Blot: 1:1000, Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
