Applications: , Suitable for use in Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: 1:2000-1:10,000. Detects phosphorylated MEK1/2 in RIPA lysates from PC-12 cells that had been treated with 5u of B-Raf for 30 minutes at 30°C. Untreated and B-Raf phosphorylated PC-12 cell lysate was resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to nitrocellulose and probed with M2865-10B (1:5000) or Pab Rb anti-Mouse MEK1, NT (Map Kinase Kinase) (M2865-07) (1:1000). Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-rabbit secondary IgG labeled with HRP and a chemiluminescence detection system., Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage, store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
