Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. , Quality Control Testing Immunoblot Analysis: 0.5ug/mL dilutions of this lot detected phospho-IRS1 (Ser616) in RIPA lysates from TPA treated CHO cells transfected with human IRS1. TPA treated lysates from CHO cells transfected with human IRS11 were resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to nitrocellulose, and probed with anti-phospho-IRS1 (Ser616) for 2 hours at room temperature. Proteins were visualized via HRP and chemiluminescent detection. Arrow indicates phospho-IRS1.
