Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: 0.5-1.5ug/ml. at 0.75ug/ml, the dilution provides 100ml workig soluion, which 10ml/blot allows 10 blots to be performed. When examining phosphorylation of endogenous IKKa protein, we recommend that IKKa first be immunoprecipitated., Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher, Positive Control: Immunoprecipitates prepared from lysates of Jurkat cells, treated with TNF-a. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
