Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: 0.5ug/ml for HRP/ECL detection. , Recommended blocking buffer CPRT., Immunocytochemistry: 0.1-1ug/ml, ELISA: 0.1-1ug/ml, Optimal dilution to be determined by researcher. Positive Control: E3375-53J1: Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor, phosphorylated (Ser1047) HepG2 Cell Lysate, Vanadate Treated, Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
