Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: 1:1000-1:4000 detects phospho-CREB (Ser133) in RIPA lysates from forskolin treated rat PC-12 and mouse 3T3/A31 cells. Lysates from untreated (Lanes 1 and 3) and forskolin treated (Lanes 2 and 4) PC-12 cells were resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to nitrocellulose and probed with anti-phospho-CREB (Ser133) (1:4000 dilution, Lanes 1 and 2) or anti-CREB (1:2000 dilution, Lanes 3 and 4). Proteins were visualized using a goat antimouse (Lanes 1 and 2) or goat anti-rabbit (Lanes 3 and 4) secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and a chemiluminescence detection system. , Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
