Anti-ZBTB6 Antibody was affinity purified from monospecific antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography. At least two isoforms of ZBTB6 are known to exist, this antibody will only recognize the shorter isoform. This antibody is predicted to not cross-react with other ZBTB protein family members. Protein function: Acts as a transcriptional repressor. Represses cAMP- responsive element (CRE)-mediated transcriptional activation. Involved in lymphoid lineage commitment and differentiation. Plays a key role in the instruction of early lymphoid progenitors to develop into T-cell lineage. [The UniProt Consortium]
