Tumor Necrosis Factor Receptor Type 2 is present on most cell types and is considered to play a prominent role in cell stimulation by TNF-alpha. The Tumor Necrosis Factor Receptor Type 2 molecule is shown to be responsible for stimulation of activated T-lymphocytes by TNF-alpha. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunohistochemistry and FLISA. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Flow Cytometry: 1:50, Immunohistochemistry (Frozen): 1:50, Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. FITC conjugates are sensitive to light.
