TNF-R I is present on most cell types and is considered to play a prominent role in cell stimulation by TNF-alpha: Induction of cytotoxicity and other functions are mediated largely via TNF-R I. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Flow Cytometry and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Flow Cytometry: 1:10, Immunohistochemistry (Frozen): 1:10, Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Positive Controls: Immunohistochemistry: human lymphnodes, Flow Cytometry: PHA activated T cells, Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
