TNF-R I is present on most cell types and is considered to play a prominent role in cell stimulation by TNF-alpha. Induction of cytotoxicity and other functions are mediated largely via TNF-R I. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Flow Cytometry and Western Blot. Be aware that the antibody competes with TNF-alpha. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Recommended Positive Control: For Flow Cytometry, HeLa cells.
