Anti-TLR2 (Toll Like Receptor 2) (PE)

TLR2 is a member of the Toll-like receptor (TLR) family and is expressed primarily by peripheral blood monocytes. TLRs are expressed on the cell surface and the endocytic compartment and recognize pathogen-associated molecular patterns (PAMPs) that are expressed on infectious agents. They also initiate cell signalling to induce production of cytokines necessary for the innate immunity and subsequent adaptive immunity. TLR2 is reported to respond to a diverse range of bacterial cell wall components, mediating the innate immune response in co-operation with MD-2. , Applications: , Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Flow Cytometry: Neat, use 10ul to label 10e6 cells in 100ul. , Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Recommended Negative Controls: Mouse IgG2a Negative Control RPE: I1904-84B2, Fusion Partners: Spleen cells from BALB/c mice fused with cells of the NSO myeloma cell line. Storage and Stability: Store product at 4°C in the dark. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: PE conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
