Anti-TLR2 (Toll Like Receptor-2), FITC conjugated, clone 3H3050

Toll-like receptor 2 (TLR2) is a 90kD type 1 transmembrane protein that is primarily expressed by peripheral blood monocytes. TLR2 is reported to respond to a diverse range of bacterial cell wall components, mediating the innate immune response in co-operation with MD-2. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilution: Flow Cytometry: Neat (20ul to label 10e6 cells in 100ul)., Optimal working dilutions to be determined by researcher. Hybridoma: NS0 myeloma cells with spleen cells from Balb/c mice. Recommended Negative Control: I1904-83Y1, Storage and Stability: Store product at 4°C if to be used immediately within two weeks. For long-term storage, aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable at -20°C for 12 months after receipt. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. , Caution: FITC conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
