Anti-TLR11 (Toll Like Receptor 11) (CT)

TLR11 is principally expressed in macrophages and liver, and epithelial cells of the kidney and bladder. Mouse TLR11 is reported to recognise uropathogenic bacteria, and to activate appropriate host defense genes as part of the innate immune response to microbial infection. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: 0.5-1ug/ml, Immunohistochemistry (frozen): 10ug/ml, Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Recommended Secondary Antibodies: Goat Anti Rabbit IgG (H&L) HRP, Sheep Anti Rabbit IgG Biotin, Goat Anti Rabbit IgG (Fc) FITC, HRP, Goat Anti Rabbit IgG (H&L) HRP, Sheep Anti Rabbit IgG FITC, Sheep Anti Rabbit IgG RPE, Sheep Anti Rabbit IgG DyLight(TM)488, DyLight(TM)549, DyLight(TM)649, Sheep Anti Rabbit IgG HRP, Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, aliquot and store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
