Anti-TLR10 (Toll Like Receptor-10)

TLR10 is a member of the Toll-like receptor family, which is principally expressed in peripheral B lymphocytes and plasmacytoid dendritic cells. TLR10 has been shown to interact with MyD88 adaptor protein, and is thought to play a role in the activation of signalling cascades linking the innate and adaptive immune response to pathogens. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Western Blot: 0.5-1.0 ug/ml, Optimal dilution determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
