This monoclonal antibody recognizes the mouse protein TMTSP also known as THSD1, thrombospondin type-1 domain-containing protein, and transmembrane molecule with thrombospondin module. Mouse TMTSP has a predicted molecular weight of approximately 95kD. TMTSP is a single pass, Type I transmembrane receptor that contains 1 thrombospondin-like domain. TMTSP is expressed on primitive hematopoietic stem cells and endothelial cells, but to date the function of this protein is unknown. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunocytochemistry, Western Blot and Immunoprecipitation. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Flow Cytometry: <0.25ug/10e6 cells in 100ul volume, Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
