Anti-Streptavidin, clone 1.BB.80

Use in the ABC complex, previously bound to the second antibody system to allow for further enhancement of signal when anti-mouse antibody conjugate is added. The antibody is effective in Immunoadsorbtion procedures of streptavidin- biotinylated protein complexes. Applications: Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry, Flow Cytometry, ELISA, Immunocytochemistry and Western Blot. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilutions: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Source: Ascites, Affinity Constant: >1x10e8L/mol, Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
