Anti-Stathmin-2 (Superior cervical ganglion-10 protein, Protein SCG10, STMN2, SCG10, SCGN10)

Stathmin-2 is a neuronal growth-associated protein that shares significant aa sequence similarity with the phosphoprotein stathmin. It may play a role in neuronal differentiation, and in modulating membrane interaction with the cytoskeleton during neurite outgrowth. It is neuron specific and belongs to the stathmin family. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile 40-50% glycerol, ddH2O. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C. Aliquot and store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
