Anti-STAT1, CT (Signal Transducers and Activators of Transcription 1)

Positive Antigen Control: , Jurkat cell lysate. Use 20ug per lane for minigels. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blotting, Immunoprecipitation. Western Blotting: 0.5-2ug/ml detects STAT1 in RIPA lysates from human Jurkat, mouse CTLL and rat L6 cells. Jurkat cell lysate was resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to nitrocellulose and probed with anti-STAT1 (1ug/ml). Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-rabbit secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and a chemiluminescence detection system. , Immunoprecipitation: , 4mg immunoprecipitated STAT1 from 500mg of human Jurkat RIPA lysate. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage , store at -20°C. Stable for at least 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
