The protein encoded by this gene is a system N sodium-coupled amino acid transporter involved in the transfer of glutamine, asparagine, histidine, serine, alanine, and glycine. The encoded protein does not transport charged amino acids, imino acids, or N-alkylated amino acids. This transporter is not inhibited by lithium. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot, ELISA, Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 1:1,000, Western Blot: 1:100-500, Storage and Stability: Store product at 4°C if to be used immediately within two weeks.
