Sgk3 is involved in the activation of potassium channels (By similarity). Mediates cell IL-3-dependent survival signals. Can inhibit pro-apoptotic FOXO3A in vitro. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot, FLISA, Recommended Dilution: FLISA: 1:1,000, Western Blot: 1:100-500, Storage and Stability: Store product at 4°C in the dark. DO NOT FREEZE!
