Anti-SFRP4, ID (Secreted Frizzled Related Protein 4, DDC-4, FrpAP, frpHE, FrzB-2)

FRPHE is a frizzled-related receptor protein that mediates wnt signaling. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: 0.3-1ug/ml, ELISA: 1:16,000, Immunohistochemistry (Formalin fixed paraffin embedded): 3.75ug/ml, Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
