Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot and Direct ELISA. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: 1-2ug/ml Detects human and mouse sFRRP-3. Using a colorimetric detection system, the detection limit for rhsFRP-3 is ~5ng/lane under non-reducing conditions. , Direct ELISA: 0.5-1.0ug/ml Detects human and mouse sFRP-3. The detection limit for rhsFRP-3 is ~10ng/well., Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Hybridoma: Fusion of a mouse myeloma with B cells obtained from a mouse immunized with purified, NS0-derived, recombinant human secreted Frizzled Related Protein-3 (rhsFRP-3). Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
