Protein function: Serine protease inhibitor. The major targets of this inhibitor are plasmin and trypsin, but it also inactivates matriptase- 3/TMPRSS7 and chymotrypsin. [The UniProt Consortium] Buffer: 40% glycerol and PBS (pH 7.2). 0.02% sodium azide is added as preservative. Highest antigen sequence identity to mouse: 80% and to rat: 77%
