Anti-RNF8 (RNF8, KIAA0646, E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase RNF8, RING finger protein 8)

The protein encoded by this gene contains a RING finger motif and a FHA domain. This protein has been shown to interact with several class II ubiquitin-conjugating enzymes (E2), including UBE2E1/UBCH6, UBE2E2, and UBE2E3, and may act as an ubiquitin ligase (E3) in the ubiquitination of certain nuclear proteins. Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding distinct isoforms have been reported. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot, ELISA. Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 1:1000, Western Blot: 1:500~16000, Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage, store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
