Anti-RANTES (Regulated on Activation, Normal T-cell Expressed and Secreted, CCL5)

RANTES, also known as CCL5, is expressed by circulating T cells and T cells in culture. RANTES is chemotactic for peripheral blood monocytes. Recommended Secondary Reagents: Sheep anti Rabbit IgG (Aff. Pur.): HRP , Applications:, ELISA: 0.5ug/ml, Western Blotting: 0.1-0.2ug/ml, Neutralization: 6-8ug/ml to yield one half maximal inhibition (ND50) of mouse RANTES, Optimal working dilutions to be determined by researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
