Product information "Anti-RANKL (OPGL, ODF, Trance, Receptor Activator of NFkB Ligand), clone 6D725"
RANK is a new member of the tumor necrosis factor receptor superfamily as an osteoblast-expressed ligand that stimulates osteoclastic differentiation, and a T-cell-expressed ligand that enhances dendritic cells survival. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Immunohistochemistry and Western Blot. Not recommended for use in Flow cytometry or Immunoprecipitation. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilutions: Western Blot: 1:1000, Immunohistochemistry: paraffin sections, Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
