Anti-RAGE (Receptor for Advanced Glycosylated End Products)

Receptor for Advanced Glycation End Products (RAGE), also named AGER (Advanced Glycosylation End Product-specific Receptor), is a member of the immunoglobulin superfamily. It binds multiple ligands including S100/calgranulins, amyloid fibrils, amphoterin and leukocyte integrins. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilutions: Capture ELISA: 2-8ug/ml, Western Blot: 2ug/ml under non-reducing conditions., Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile PBS. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
