Anti-Rab Coupling Protein (Rab-interacting Recycling Protein, Rab Effector Protein)

Proteins of the large Rab GTPase family have regulatory roles in the formation, targeting, and fusion of intracellular transport vesicles. RCP is one of many proteins that interact with and regulate Rab GTPases. Applications: Suitable for use in Immunocytochemistry and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Western Blot: 1:500, Immunocytochemistry: 1:200, Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Recommended Secondary Antibodies: I1906: IgY, Chicken Pab Rb x Ch , I1906-10: IgY, Chicken (HRP) Rb x Ch , I1906-12: IgY, Chicken (FITC) Rb x Ch , I1906-14: IgY, Chicken (AP) Rb x Ch, Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
