PTTG1IP directly binds to pituitary tumor-transforming gene 1 protein (PTTG1), facilitates the nuclear translocation of PTTG1 and potentiates the transcriptional activation of basic fibroblast growth factor by PTTG1. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunofluorescence. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, 11c7entrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
