Protein function: Involved in pre-mRNA splicing as component of the spliceosome (PubMed:11991638, PubMed:28502770, PubMed:28076346). PPIases accelerate the folding of proteins. It catalyzes the cis-trans isomerization of proline imidic peptide bonds in oligopeptides (PubMed:16595688). [The UniProt Consortium] Buffer: 40% glycerol and PBS (pH 7.2). 0.02% sodium azide is added as preservative. Highest antigen sequence identity to mouse: 98% and to rat: 98%
