Anti-PON3, NT (Serum Paraoxonase/Lactonase 3) (Azide free) (FITC)

PON3 is secreted into the bloodstream and associates with high-density lipoprotein (HDL). The protein also rapidly hydrolyzes lactones and can inhibit the oxidation of low-density lipoprotein (LDL), a function that is believed to slow the initiation and progression of atherosclerosis. Applications: Suitable for use in FLISA, Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry and Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: FLISA: 1:1000, Western Blot: 1:100-1:500, Immunohistochemistry (FFPE): 1:50-1:100, Flow Cytometry: 1:10-1:50 , Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Store product at 4°C if to be used immediately within two weeks. For long-term storage, aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable at -20°C for 12 months after receipt. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: FITC conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap., , Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
