Product information "Anti-POLR1E"
Protein function: DNA-dependent RNA polymerase catalyzes the transcription of DNA into RNA using the four ribonucleoside triphosphates as substrates. Component of RNA polymerase I which synthesizes ribosomal RNA precursors (PubMed:24207024). Appears to be involved in the formation of the initiation complex at the promoter by mediating the interaction between Pol I and UBTF/UBF (PubMed:24207024). [The UniProt Consortium] Buffer: 40% glycerol and PBS (pH 7.2). 0.02% sodium azide is added as preservative. Highest antigen sequence identity to mouse: 44% and to rat: 40%
Keywords: Anti-POLR1E, Anti-RNA polymerase I subunit A49, Anti-RNA polymerase I-associated factor 1, Anti-RNA polymerase I-associated factor 53, Anti-DNA-directed RNA polymerase I subunit E, Anti-DNA-directed RNA polymerase I subunit RPA49
