Anti -Platelet Derived Growth Factor Receptor, Type B (PDGF Receptor beta, PDGFRb, CD140b

PDGF receptor beta is a member of the class III receptor tyrosine kinase family that also includes M-CSF receptor, SCF receptor and Flt-3. Binding of PDGF-BB induces receptor homodimerization or heterodimerization with PDGF receptor alpha. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunohistochemistry, Immunoprecipitation, Western Blot and Immunofluorescence. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Western Blot: 1ug/ml using recombinant human PDGFR beta Fc chimera as sample, Flow Cytometry: 2.5ug/10e6 cells , Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin): 8-25ug/ml, Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Positive Control for Immunohistochemistry: Human breast cancer tissue, Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
