Product information "Anti-PINK1 (PINK1, Serine/threonine-protein kinase PINK1, mitochondrial, BRPK, PTEN-induced putative"
This gene encodes a serine/threonine protein kinase that localizes to mitochondria. It is thought to protect cells from stress-induced mitochondrial dysfunction. Mutations in this gene cause one form of autosomal recessive early-onset Parkinson disease. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry. Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 1:1,000, Western Blot: 1:500~2000, Immunohistochemistry: 1:100~500, Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage, store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
