Product information "Anti-Pericentriolar Material 1 Protein, CT (PCM1, PCM-1, hPCM-1, PTC4) (Azide free) (PE)"
PCM-1 is required for centrosome assembly and function. This protein is essential for the correct localization of several centrosomal proteins including CEP250, CETN3, PCNT and NEK2. The protein is required to anchor microtubules to the centrosome. Applications: Suitable for use in FLISA, Immunohistochemistry, Flow Cytometry and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C before opening. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use. Stable for 12 months after receipt at 4°C. Freezing R-Phycoerythrin (PE) conjugates will result in a substantial loss of activity. PE conjugates are sensitive to light., , Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
