Anti-p19, NT (CDKN2D, Cyclin-dependent kinase 4 inhibitor D, p19-INK4d) (Azide free) (FITC)

p19 is a member of the INK4 family of cyclin-dependent kinase inhibitors. This protein has been shown to form a stable complex with CDK4 or CDK6, and prevent the activation of the CDK kinases, thus function as a cell growth regulator that controls cell cycle G1 progression. The abundance of the transcript of this gene was found to oscillate in a cell-cycle dependent manner with the lowest expression at mid G1 and a maximal expression during S phase. The negative regulation of the cell cycle involved in this protein was shown to participate in repressing neuronal proliferation, as well as spermatogenesis. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry, Flow Cytometry, Recommended Dilution: FLISA: 1:1,000, Western Blot: 1:100-500, Immunohistochemistry: 1:50-100, Flow Cytometry: 1:10-50, Storage and Stability: Store product at 4°C if to be used immediately within two weeks. For long-term storage, aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable at -20°C for 12 months after receipt. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: FITC conjugates are sensitive to light.
