Anti-NUP43 (Nucleoporin Nup43, Nup107-160 Subcomplex Subunit Nup43, p42)

NUP43 probably mediates the assembly of subdomains of the nuclear pore complex (NPC) or facilitates the interaction of transport complexes with the NPC. Applications: Suitable for use in Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: 1ug/ml using 25-50ug cell/tissue lysate or 15ul/lane mammalian over-expressed lysate or 0.1-0.2ug/lane purified protein antigen., Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence: 10ug/ml, , Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, 11c7entrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
