Applications: , Suitable for use in ELISA, Immunocytochemistry, Indirect Immunofluorescence and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunocytochemistry (Indirect immunofluorescence): 1:20-1:30, 30-100ul per slide/well using paraformaldehyde/acetone fixed cell preparation. Immunohistochemistry: Paraffin embedded tissue sections or paraformaldehyde/acetone fixed frozen tissue sections. , ELISA: 1-4ug/ml , Plated on Goat anti mouse secondary. Optimal dilution determined by the researcher. , Positive Control: , Human tonsil, Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
