Ntrk3 is a receptor for neurotrophin-3 (NT-3). This is a tyrosine-protein kinase receptor. Known substrates for the Trk receptors are SHC1, PI 3-kinase, and PLC-gamma-1 (By similarity). Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry, ELISA, Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 1:1,000, Western Blot: 1:100-500, Immunohistochemistry: 1:10-50, Storage and Stability: Store product at 4°C if to be used immediately within two weeks. For long-term storage, aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable at -20°C for 12 months after receipt. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
