Anti-Nop5p (Nucleolar Protein 5, NOP5, Nucleolar Protein 58, NOP58, O6108, YOR310C)

Nop5p (a.k.a. Nop58p), is localized in the nucleolus and required for pre-18S rRNA processing in Saccharomyces cerevisiae (baker's yeast). Applications: Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunofluorescence: For yeast cells, use diluted 1:1000-1:10,000., Western Blot: For yeast protein samples, use diluted 1:10,000, followed by chemiluminescent detection (ECL)., Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
